I have been involved with Real Estate for over 23years. Starting
in my teen years, I did hard work with what is known as " Fixer
Uppers"...I know what it takes to turn those types of Property
into a Great " Sweat Equity" Profit. My husband and I
bought property No-One saw value in and we saw a great need in the
Community and turned those homes into " Section 8 " Government
housing. We received a wonderful return on our investment.
We bought our first "Newly Built" home at age 22yrs...so
we didn't throw money away in Rent. I understand Rent vs Buying
and the Benefits to you, including TAX savings.
My husband and I bought HUD homes and turned the Problems around
into wonderful, worry-free homes and made a profit. We have bought
land and have held unto it, knowing that they aren't making any
more Land..so we are creating future wealth. We have bought New
Homes and saw wonderful Profits from Wise Planning, Timing and Understanding
New Home Appreciation and increasing Wealth through New Community
Developements.
We had a Respected Builder in our local Community Build us our 1st
" Semi- Custom"...so I KNOW what you, the Buyer, Home
Owner, WILL walk through when you build ground-up, picking out Everything
for that Special New Home.
I also know what you will have to plan for financially AFTER you
move in, meaning: Landscaping, Window Coverings, Finishing Out Basements,
if you didn't have the Builder do it for you and the Value these
things bring to your new Investment.
In the midst of these different Real Estate transactions in our
Personal lives, I was a Stay at Home Mom. I Homeschooled our 3 Children
for 10yrs. I know Discipline, Research, Patience, and the Value
of LISTENING to the needs of those I serve. Whether wearing the
Hat of Wife, Mom, Sunday School teacher for infants to 5th grade,
or being a Volunteer in so many more capacities, I enjoy SERVING!
I care about people and I enjoy serving others and that is WHY I
got into Real Estate as a Broker years ago. I have been successful
at my career, which I am grateful for. Friends, local and relocating
families have believed in my working knowledge of the different
facets of their Real Estate Investments and I hope to bring that
same value to you.
